 Lisa Hamilton, OD graded Magne Cum Lade from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1997. Dr. Hamilton performed two cornea specialty externships while in her 4th year of optometry school. In June 1997, she moved to Denver and went to work for a prominent LASIK surgeon (Jon Dishler, MD) in the Denver Tech Center where she performed pre-LASIK consultations and post-LASIK evaluations.
After working for 5 years at The Dishler Laser Institute, Dr. Hamilton decided to go into private practice and decided to partner up with Pearle Vision to make that happen.
In August 2002, Dr. Hamilton began her private practice as the "Independent Doctor of Optometry" located at Pearle Vision SW Plaza Mall in Littleton Colorado. One year later Dr. Hamilton had the opportunity to expand her practice to include Pearle Vision in Boulder
Currently, Dr. Hamilton works at both the Littleton & the Boulder location and is in the process of opening up a 3rd Pearle Vision location in Centennial Colorado at the new "Streets @ SouthGlenn" mall.
Dr. Hamilton enjoys all aspects of eye care and is taking a special interest in pediatric eye care and specialty contact lens fitting.
In her spare time, Dr. Hamilton enjoys hiking, cycling and winter sports with her husband Bobby.
 Audrey Merryman, OD works primarily at the Littleton SW Plaza location. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in 2004. During her 4th year of optometry school, Dr. Merryman completed externships in ocular disease, pediatrics & contact lens fitting.
Immediately after graduating from optometry school, Dr. Merryman joined a private optometric practice in Brighton, Colorado.
In February 2005, Dr. Merryman joined Dr. Hamilton at the SW Plaza location.
Dr. Merryman is an active member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Colorado Optometric Association (COA) and is recognized by the AOA in their cornea and contact lens section.
In her spare time, Dr. Merryman enjoys cooking, photography and boating with her husband Brian.
 Ashlee Elmont, OD works primarily at the Boulder office. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University in Oregon in 2006.
She completed externships at "The Eye Care Associates of Nevada" in Reno, "The Air Force Academy Hospital" in Colorado Springs and "The Albert Lea Eye Clinic - Mayo Health System" in Minnesota. During these externships, Dr. Elmont received training in cataract surgery pre-op & post-op care, treatment & management of ocular disease and contact lens fitting.
Dr. Elmont was awarded the "Alcon Clinical Excellence Award" for a case report in 2006 and her research has been published in 3 different Optometry & ophthalmology journals.
Through her passion for optometry, Dr. Elmont provides personalized eye care to each and every patient according to their individual needs and concerns.
In her spare time, Dr. Elmont enjoys the outdoors by hiking, running, mountain biking & snow skiing with her husband Nick.
 Melissa Patrlja, OD recently graduated from the Ohio State University College of Optometry.
She is originally from central Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toledo. In her 4th year of optometry school, Dr. Patrlja completed externships at the White River Junction VA Hospital in Vermont and at the Indian Health Services in Kayenta, Arizona. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Colorado Optometric Association.
Dr. Patrlja values all aspects of primary eye care with a special interest in contact lens fitting and management of ocular diseases such as; dry eye syndrome, diabetes, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. Above all, personalized patient care is her aspiration.
In her spare time, Dr. Patrlja enjoys running, hiking, skiing, and (as an Ohio native) doing all things possible to take in Colorado's extraordinary beauty.
